Panos Bethanis, CEO
Panos is responsible for the strategic vision of the organization and M&A. Panos was instrumental in the technology acquisitions at the core of Survey.com's current data platform, as well as the acquisitions of Survey.com and Peekaboo Mobile. Prior to Survey.com, Panos was the CEO of Interaction Media Group, an online content aggregator. Panos is currently the Chairman of the Board for Alkemy Ltd., a green technology firm with multiple technology patents designed to provide the world's largest urban communities with a long-term alternative to land-filling. He is also on the Board of Directors for Opinion, a market-research company based in Southeast Europe, and Hireyard, a data aggregator for employment recruiting. Panos earned B.A. degrees in Economics and International Relations from Brandeis University and a J.D./MBA from Boston University. In addition, he was named one of The Boston Business Journal's “Top 40 under 40” in 2010.
Tim Bradbury – President
Tim is an accomplished business leader who brings almost 30 years of operating and growth leadership to the company. He has scaled, operated and strategically grown organizations from both organic and acquisition efforts.
Prior to joining Survey.com, Tim founded Bedrock Business Media, a B2B data analytics and solutions platform serving the media industry. Before that, he was the President of the American City Business Journals. In that role, he oversaw the strategy and allocation of corporate resources to new initiatives including new business startups, acquisitions, investments, and partnerships. Tim's leadership extended into a successful strategic corporate development effort. He was responsible for successfully discovering, investing and advising Board positions in Generate Inc, Netprospex, Inflection Point Media and The Port. Prior to American City Business Journals Tim held various leadership roles with The Thomson Corporation and Oklahoma based start up DataTimes.
Jim Woodroffe – CTO
Jim is responsible for the architecture and development of the Survey.com mobile platforms and architecture. He leads the day-to-day and strategic development of the iOS / Android applications using in-house and contract teams. At nSphere, Jim led a team of 30 local and overseas engineers and computer scientists in the development of a global data aggregation and distribution platform. The nSphere platform gathered data from web crawling, database integration and API intake. The distribution platform spanned consumer desktop web, mobile web, mobile applications and APIs. Before nSphere, Jim was the CTO of DirectoryM, an interactive yellow pages platform. Prior to that he was the lead developer at rfpMarket. Prior to that, he was a Software Engineer with Circle Strategies, a boutique consulting firm during the dot.com days. Jim earned a B.A. degree in Physics from Oberlin College with minors in Math and History. Jim spends his free time advising incubation stage companies in Boston and New York on product development & software engineering methodologies.
Jason Baldachino – CFO
Jason supports strategic decisions through business intelligence and modeling and is responsible for the firm's financial controls and reporting. Prior to Survey.com, Jason was CEO and Founder of Athlin LLC, an enterprise software firm serving private asset managers. Jason is a CFA charterholder and earned his B.S. degree from Bentley University in Economics and Finance with a minor in Math.
Jean-Eric Penicaud – VP Business and Corporate Development
Jean-Eric supports the company's strategic business efforts. He develops customer acquisition strategies, manages new business initiatives, and supports the day-to-day execution of the business with a focus on Survey's team, customers and partners. Prior to Survey.com Jean-Eric lead product innovation and sales for companies including Shared Insights and Arthur Anderson's Global Research and Innovations Boston Group. Jean-Eric earned a B.A. Degree in Economics from the Connecticut College.
Imad Qawi – Chief Architect
Imad leads design, development and architecture of database infrastructure for Survey.com platform. At nSphere, Imad led architecture and infrastructure for the technology platform that aggregated, classified and distributed local data via mobile, web and API channels for SMB organizations. Prior to that, Imad spent number of years at Cambridge Technology Partners and Doreen Evan Associates, where he served in Enterprise Architect, Technical lead and Senior Consultant roles for engagements with organizations in Manufacturing, Insurance and Financial industry. Imad also served as Director of Engineering and Technology for Zooba, a database marketing company. Imad has a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Iowa State University and an M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Kyle Quinlan - VP of Data
Kyle manages the business side of Survey.com's data infrastructure, and is proficient in SQL specifically and relational databases generally. Kyle also manages data acquisition, mapping, aggregation, and publishing functions, and additionally provides large-scale data analysis, defining the potential impacts of database changes. Prior to joining Survey.com, Kyle served as Supply Chain Manager/SRM at Staples, where he worked closely with both internal and external stakeholders to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Staples Supply Chain. His role as SRM included working closely with the largest suppliers to remove inefficiencies from the process, reduce cost, and reduce inventory need. Kyle earned a B.A. Degree in Finance from the University of Massachusetts - Amherst.
Thomas Gennaro – VP of Project Management
Thom manages the execution of all client projects. He works closely with clients to understand their goals and problems they are trying to solve, and develops methodologies that ensure campaign success. Thom came to Survey.com with two years' sales experience, and was also a research assistant at Indiana University. Thom earned B.A. degrees in Philosophy and Psychology from The George Washington University, and an M.A. degree in History and Philosophy of Science from Indiana University – Bloomington.
James Slavet – Head of Product
James oversees all aspects of Survey.com's products. Previously, he was the Senior Product Manager for Fleetmatics, a SAAS fleet management company that was acquired by Verizon earlier this year. During his 10 years Fleetmatics, James grew the company’s B2B product lines that were focused on logistics, remote & mobile workforces, and connected vehicles. During that time, Fleetmatcis grew from a 100 employee startup to 1,500 employees and IPO’d before being acquired by Verizon.

Tas Parafestas, JD, LLM, CPA
Tas serves as an advisor at CarGurus, LLC. Mr. Parafestas serves as the Managing Member of The Bollard Group LLC (“TBG”), and of its private equity arm, Spinnaker Capital, LLC. He has 17 years of experience as a tax and financial advisor, and has predominantly been focused on helping very high net worth entrepreneurs develop their businesses and manage the growth of their family wealth. He also advises a number of U.S. and foreign corporations on matters associated with mergers, acquisitions, restructurings and divestiture transactions. Prior to founding TBG, he was affiliated with Ernst & Young LLP. He serves as a director of MTPV LLC and director of CarGurus LLC. He served as a director of VisEn Medical, Inc. He is an attorney and Certified Public Accountant. Spinnaker Capital LLC is the principal lead investor in nSphere.
Paul S. Efron, Advisory Director at Goldman Sachs and Company
At Goldman Sachs, Paul serves as an advisory director, co-chairs the firm's Credit Capital Markets Committee and is a member of the firm's Capital Committee. He has held management responsibilities for a variety of groups, including the Capital Markets Group, the New Products Group, and Leveraged Finance. He is also a director of Insurent Corporation. Mr. Efron earned his B.A. Degree in English and was named Phi Beta Kappa. In 1980, he earned an M.B.A from the Wharton Graduate Division of the University of Pennsylvania.
